Get To Know You 

As we know Social Media is something that needs to be a part of your overall marketing strategy.  It isn't something that sits apart from everything else you do in your business. Therefore, you want to ensure what you do online is consistent with everything else in your business.  Because consistency can be key to building your brand and you want everything you do to be telling the one story.  

​To assist you with this we suggest you undertake an audit of your social platforms, your target audience and what your competitors are up to.  Whether you're just starting out or whether your business has been going for years - doing a regular audit of these areas will help you create an effective social media strategy. 

In this blog I'm going to share with you 3 things to ask yourself in your next audit.

Your Social Platforms    
  1. Do you have a consistent voice across all your social media pages? That means your imagery, logo, tone and does it matches with your website?
  2. Have you included all your critical contact information on how customers can find you and buy from you? You want to make it easy for people to engage with you.
  3. Have you completed every area of each social media platform that applies to your business?  It's free real estate and you may be missing the opportunity to promote your products or services by not filling them out – particularly on Facebook.
