I recently posted about 50% of small businesses in Australia seeing little or no benefit in having social media pages. (Sensis Social Media Report, 2017). This totally baffles me, given the overwhelming evidence that the first place customers go to research your product or find out about your business is social media pages. Having social pages on Facebook, LinkedIn, Twitter and Instagram is an important step in creating your social media strategy for small business. Yellow Pages recently published the latest 2018 Social Media Report and I want to focus on six of their key findings about brands, social media and engagement with customers, in today's blog.
